Why should I Register and what about my privacy?
By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access. You are able to track your order history, as well as collect points from orders that are redeemable.
You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information. If you are signed up on our email list, this does not mean you are registered.

Is shopping online at Selvedge Grooming Secure?
Our secure servers use advanced encryption and firewall technology to keep your personal information private. Our secure server layer (SSL) software completely encrypts the information you input so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet to our order management system. We have extremely strong security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of your information while it is in our control.
Selvedge Grooming does not rent, trade, loan, or sell your personal information, or any other information that may identify you, to third parties. We are committed to protecting our customers' privacy. The information we collect is used solely to process your order and to enhance your shopping experience. We also monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage in order to help us refine the design and layout of the store.
What items are non-refundable/non-returnable?
1. Products that have been opened and have lost/damaged its original packaging.
2. Products that have been used.
3. Sealed products where sealing has been removed after delivery.
4. Products that for reasons of health and safety are not suitable for return.
5. Products where the expiry date is fast approaching.
What happens if I refuse shipments from Selvedge Grooming?
If you refused delivery of any order placed on SelvedgeGrooming.com, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise but shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all the shipping, duties, taxes and/or customs charges that incurred on the package (on both the original and return), and the cost of returning the package to Selvedge Grooming. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
What is your Returns & Exchange Policy?
We guarantee that your order arrives in safe, undamaged condition. Each merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment. If, for some reason, your product arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately at returns@selvedgegrooming.com and we can organize immediate replacement. What's your typical order processing time?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. We try to fulfill all orders within 48 hours of credit authorization and verification.
We cannot guarantee your order will be shipped out within 48 hrs, but we try our best to make sure it does. If an order contains back-ordered items, it won't be shipped until the missing products are available. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
In most instances you will be able to receive the parcel within 14 Business days. Certain conditions such as service interruptions, weather delays, public holidays, etc may cause delays and are beyond our control.
If you have not received your order after 14 business days, please contact us at orders@selvedgegrooming.com.
Should there be any extreme delays in shipment or product fulfillment, we will notify you via email.
Once your order is placed with SelvedgeGrooming.com , you'll receive two emails: the first will be your order receipt. Once we ship your order, we'll send you a second email containing your order tracking number.
What are the possible shipping options?
We ship worldwide using PostNL, TNT, UPS, ARAMAX or SF Express, depending on the shipping location. The shipping options and the resulting costs can be selected and checked before placing your order in the shopping cart system.

What about duties at the customs?
All Orders are shipped per DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. Customs policies vary per country and the customer who purchased the item has sole control and responsbility for importing the item, including any applicable custom fees, taxes and duties.
Customs require us to state the value of your order directly on your package . It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package, which on rare occasions, may delay the delivery of some packages.
Cross-border shipments maybe subject to opening and inspection by customs.
What if I wish to modify my order?
Please contact us by email at orders@selvedgegrooming.com to find out if you are able to modify your order. Once the order has been finalized, no modification can be made. Order modifications include cancellation requests, address changes, or adding/removing items from your order.
Why did I get an order error message?
There may be a problem with your payment information, billing or shipping address. Please review the information. If you continue to receive error messages, please contact us at orders@selvedgegrooming.com.
How can I track my order?
We will send you updates regarding the status of your order via email for your convenience.
If you are a registered customer, you can always check your order status history. Once you have signed in, click on the My Account menu at the top right corner of any page and click on Order Status.
How long does it take before I receive my order?
All orders should arrive by the estimated delivery time based on the shipping destination. Allow 1-2 business days for processing time. All orders are subject to payment verification and stock availability.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. The shipping options abroad and the resulting costs can be selected and checked before placing your order in the shopping cart system. Check the shipping rates here.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from SelvedgeGrooming.com, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to SelvedgeGrooming.com. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. How do I get Coupons or Promotions?
Subscribe with your email to receive Selvedge Grooming coupons and promotional offers.
How do I apply a Coupon or Promotion?
Apply the coupon or promotional code at the Check Out page. There is a field for you to enter the code. Click the "Apply" button for the coupon or promotion code to activate.
How come the coupon I entered did not work?
Some coupons and promotional offers may be limited to particular items or restricted to a specific shipping destination. If you believe that there is an error, please contact us at info@selvedgegrooming.com.
What happens if I don't return my free gift(s) with purchase?
Any free gift(s) with purchase must be included in the return to receive full credit for the item(s) that qualified for the free gift(s) with purchase. If your return does not include the free gift(s) with purchase, the gift(s) value will be deducted from the credit amount.
When do you charge my account?
Your account is charged when your order is processed and verification of billing address has been confirmed.

Do you gift wrap?
Gift wrapping is available for additional EUR3.00 per item. You may also order our Giftbox in the product section and type the items you wish to be included under Special Instructions at Checkout.

What are Store Credits?
You can earn Store Credits by shopping at www.selvedgegrooming.com with a registered account.
You may also get Store Credits via our referral program.
Store Credits can be used on all purchases at www.selvedgegrooming.com and will apply on all products, excluding gift wrap and shipping charges
How do I sign up to get Store Credits?
To sign up, simply register and create an account on Selvedge Grooming.
How do I earn Store Credits?
You must create a Selvedge Grooming Account and login to your account when you make a purchase. For every EUR spent on products (excluding gift-wrap). We will credit 10% of the total amount into your account.
Certain actions will not be valid for earning Points, such as but not limited to: order adjustments, cancelled orders, returns, shipping charges, discounts from promotional codes, or checking out as a guest.
How long does it take for earned Store Credits to appear?
We apply Credits to accounts 30-days following the transaction date. This time is necessary to account for cancelled orders, chargebacks, returned products or other related issues.
Where can I see my Store Credit balance?
Your Store Credits are posted in your account under Store Credits. Simply log-in to your account to view the Credits you have earned.
Is there a limit to how much Store Credit I can have at any given time?
There is no limit.
Can my friends and family share my Store Credits?
No, the Store Credits are not transferable.
What should I do if I think there's an error in My Account regarding my Store Credits?

How can I use my Store Credits?
Sign into your Selvedge Grooming account then proceed to add products to your shopping cart. You will be able to use however much Available Store Credit you have on the order.
Can I use the Store Credits still if I have used a discount code?
Yes, you can use a Discount Code and your Store Credits in the same order.
Do my Store Credits expire?
No, your Store Credits will remain in your account for as long as it is open.
Can my Selvedge Grooming account be closed?
Yes, Selvedge Grooming reserves the right to terminate any account according to the Terms of Use, including terminating the program at any time, and at our sole discretion.
